Kuala Lumpur: KL International Airport (KLIA) has improved its ranking further to be the world’s ninth best airport in terms of service quality in the first quarter of 2021 for the category of over 40 million passengers per annum (mppa), according to a survey.
In the global Airport Service Quality (ASQ) survey by Airports Council International, KLIA achieved a score of 4.99 over 5.00, up from 4.98 in 2020. Last year, it was ranked one of the world’s top 10 airports in the same poll.

PETALING JAYA: Heineken Malaysia Bhd’s net profit for its first quarter ended March 31, 2021 rose 29.1% to RM73.54 million from RM56.96 million in the same quarter of the previous year, driven by revenue growth, cost management and subdued commercial activations.
In its Bursa disclosure, the group opined that the business environment will remain challenging for the rest of 2021.
It remains committed in delivering its priorities for 2021 with increased focus on safety of its people, right sizing the organisation and cost base, accelerate its digital agenda and leverage its strong business fundamentals

The Selangor state government wants to procure its own stock of Covid-19 vaccines as they expect the National Immunisation Programme (NIP) to take a long time to complete, especially for those under Phase 3.
Selangor Health exco Dr Siti Mariah Mahmud said industries in the state couldn t wait that long and a delay could cripple the state s economy.
