I legit found a Bigby gift card in my jacket pocket the other day. I had no idea how long it had been in there and definitely didn t know how much was on it.
It did make me stop by on my way to work and to my surprise there was about two bucks on there.

Saturday is dedicated to just that. Find all the gift cards lying around the house. Check all those old birthday and Christmas cards. The junk drawer. Look everywhere. You might have a couple in your purse and or wallet.

Saturday (today) is a fairly new holiday, National Use Your Gift Card Day, established in January 2020 by a Florida-based public relations company. It’s a rare holiday in that it isn’t overly appreciated by retailers or web sites who annually boost their budgets to the tune of about $3 billion a year generated by unused gift cards, according to the Mercator Advisory Group, that pays close attention to the payments industry.
