Synopsis
A bench headed by Chief Justice S A Bobde issued notices to the Centre, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) and others seeking their responses on the plea which said the categorical exclusion of eligible female candidates from entering the National Defence Academy is not constitutionally justifiable and is simply done on the basis of their sex.
UPSC NDA NA Recruitment 2021: Educational Eligbility
Desirous candidates applying for UPSC NDA NA Examination 2021 through UPSC NDA NA Recruitment 2021 must have passed Class 12/Intermediate or equivalent; Class 12/Intermediate or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent conducted by a State Education Board or a University as detailed in the UPSC NDA NA Exam 2021 Notification.
UPSC NDA NA Recruitment 2021: Selection And Pay
The selection of candidates for UPSC NDA NA Examination 2021 through UPSC NDA NA Recruitment 2021 will be done through a Written Examination conducted by UPSC and Services Selection Board (SSB) for Intelligence and Personality Test as notified in the UPSC NDA NA Recruitment 2021 Notification.
