This week’s guest host is Tom Tugendhat, chair of the British Parliament’s Foreign Affairs Committee. Last year, he and fellow Conservative MP Neil O’Brien founded the China Research Group to promote debate and fresh thinking about how Britain should respond to the rise of China.
