Liquor traders are urging the president to allow alcohol to be sold off-premises. The industry says an alcohol ban is not the answer to combating the COVID-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, the National Coronavirus Command Council is meeting on Sunday as adjusted level four lockdown restrictions, announced two weeks ago, come to an end.
