It touched down at 5:52 a.m. near Cotton Harris Road near the county line and stayed on the ground for five minutes before lifting east of Ridgewood Road. It was 50 yards wide and left behind tree damage, including a few that were uprooted, the report said.

NWS Nashville said the information is still preliminary and that it will be refining details in the days to come.
