Netflix Announces Over 70 New Movies/TV Shows For February
February might be the shortest month of the year, but
Netflix is making up for it by packing a load of great new content into it. Yes, the streaming giant is adding over 70 fresh movies and TV shows to its library across the 28 days of February, offering up something for all tastes.
As has become more common by this point, the majority of the titles are actually Netflix Originals, though there’s still a bunch of licensed content that subscribers can enjoy revisiting or checking out for the first time. Bam Bam and his family recently enjoyed more than a million twinkling lights during a ride through the Holiday in the Park Drive-Thru Experience at Six Flags Great Adventure.
Popular demand has led to the Jackson amusement park extending the inaugural event for a second time. The drive-thru experience now runs through Jan. 17.
It allows guests the opportunity to drive their own vehicles through the 140-acre park, enjoying holiday theming and seasonal music.
It s turned out to be pretty popular with furry family members, too.
“We loved being able to enjoy the lights with our dogs from the warmth of our car. Both of our dogs were mesmerized, one dog propped up on each of our laps gazing out the window,” said Six Flags guest AJ Nicholas of dogs Tucker and Leo.
LONDON, ONT. It s a scene right out of the movie National Lampoon s Christmas Vacation. The Vanleeuwen home at 220 Songbird Lane in Ilderton, Ont. was lit up for the holidays with thousands of lights. Homeowner Jeff Vanleeuwen says setting up is a process that takes about four weeks. The family has been collecting donations for Childcan and the local food bank. Thursday they were able to present a cheque forjust over $25,000 to the Ontario charity that helps families with children battling cancer. We initially had a goal of $3,000 to raise for ChildCan, we eclipsed that by a lot, said Vanleeuwen.
