And what better place than having the mural on a local icon – the Skyway Antique Mall?
As the project manager of the mural and owner of the Butte County Art On Wheels, Jess Mercer is thrilled to begin this new project.
New Chico distillery donated 100% of proceeds to Honey Run Covered Bridge rebuild
The new Golden Beaver Distillery has donated 100% of proceeds from sales of its Honey Run Bourbon Whiskey and holiday ornaments made of wood from the bridge.

CHICO, Calif. - Owners of a new distillery in Chico are making sure their whiskey will have a lasting impact on the community.
The Grand Opening for the Golden Beaver Distillery took place, Saturday, December 12, and the business donated 100% of sales that day to help rebuild the Honey Run Covered Bridge.
