The man, surnamed Chang, was charged with secretly making videos of the women using hidden cameras installed in toilets at schools, including National Taiwan University (NTU) and Taipei Municipal First Girls Senior High School, according to court documents. A cleaning woman at NTU discovered a hidden camera at a school toilet in 2019 and reported the case to police.
