The Indian Broadcasting Foundation (IBF) on Tuesday filed a petition in the Supreme Court challenging a Bombay High Court order in a case related to Trai’s tariff order amendments.
TV industry sources said that other broadcasters are likely to file similar petitions in the apex court against the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) this week and the matter is expected to be heard early next week.
