UAE government departments star rating results revealed

The Ministry of Interior was declared the best entity with five-star ratings in two categories.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has announced the results of a star rating system for federal government entities.
This system rates service centres based on the outcome of independent evaluation and assessment of customer experience.
The result of the evaluation is recorded in the assessment report which highlights the strengths and weaknesses of the centre.
Services centres are evaluated once every two years and given a classification and evaluation report, which includes results of the customer satisfaction survey and mystery shoppers.

Abu Dhabi: His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has approved the national digital wellbeing policy that aims to create a safe digital community and promote a positive identity through appropriate digital interactions.
The policy was launched in the presence of Lieutenant General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, and Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, and other ministers and senior officials.
The policy also aims to establish a framework for positive digital citizenship values and behaviour in the UAE. The 10- article policy covers the UAE’s legacy, digital reputation, respect for others, positive investment, good manners, digital privacy, publishing credibility, responsibility and systems, digital ethics and balanced usage.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, approved the National Policy for Quality of Digital Life, to create a safe digital community in the UAE and promote a positive identity through appropriate digital interactions.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid and several ministers attended the launch of the Positive Digital Citizenship Values and Behaviours Code, which aims to establish a framework for positive digital citizenship values and behaviour in the UAE and consists of ten articles.
