NEW DELHI: In view of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Kumbh Mela in 2021 would be held in Haridwar for a span of 28 days which includes four Shahi Snans . The Uttarakhand government has taken this decision after discussions with Hindu sages and sants. Kumbh Mela 2021 would be organised from April 1 to 28, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat said. The Uttarakhand government would soon issue a notification regarding the dates of the Kumbh Mela .
