Mumbai, Dec. Dec 22 : The Aligarh Muslim University Chancellor H.H. Dr. Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin on Tuesday said the whole world looks at those with knowledge to help rescue it from the unprecedented Covid-19 pandemic that sweeps humanity.
Delivering a special commemorative address to mark the AMU s centenary celebrations - presided over by Prime Minister Narendra Modi - the Syedna also referred to the teachings of Prophet Mohammed. Prophet Mohammed said: Seeking knowledge is a duty obligated upon every Muslim and woman . Within Islamic traditions, the very purpose behind acquiring education is to put one s knowledge into practice, thereby benefitting others, said the Syedna, who is also the spiritual head of the Dawoodi Bohra community.

CBSE very likely to announce Class 10, Class 12 exam schedule on Dec 22
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is very likely to announce the board exam schedule for Class 10 and Class 12 on Tuesday, official sources have said. The CBSE Class 10 and 12 exams are scheduled to be conducted next year through the paper-pen mode and an announcement regarding the examination dates is expected by Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, who will interact with teachers across the country tomorrow.Â
As part of the central government initiative to conduct examinations on time amid the Covid-19 pandemic, the Minister has planned a three-way dialogue with the students, parents and teachers across the country. The Minister will interact with the stakeholders through webinars on three days.
