SANDY, Utah â Shelter-in-Place protocols at Union Middle School in Sandy were lifted after police determined there was not threat after a bag was found outside Monday.
School administrators called police after the bag was reported by students.
The order was lifted around 10:30 a.m. after no threat was found. Police tweeted staff and students are safe.
According to Sandy Police, school inside the building went on as normal, but visitors were not allowed on campus under the Shelter-in-Place is lifted.
