JK Reports 76 New COVID-19 Cases, Tally Reaches 124449

SRINAGAR: The Government on Saturday informed that 76 new positive cases of novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), 18 from Jammu division and 58 from Kashmir division, have been reported today, thus taking the total number of positive cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 124449. Also, 03 COVID-19 deaths have been reported, 01 from Jammu Division and 02 from Kashmir Division. Moreover, 135 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and discharged from various hospitals including 25 from Jammu Division and 110 from the Kashmir Division. According to the daily Media Bulletin on novel Coronavirus (Covid-19), out of 124449 positive cases, 761 are Active Positive, 121752 have recovered and 1936 have died; 721 in Jammu division and 1215 in Kashmir division.

SRINAGAR: The Government on Friday informed that 76 new positive cases of novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), 16 from Jammu division and 60 from Kashmir division, have been reported today, thus taking the total number of positive cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 124373. Also, 01 COVID-19 death has been reported from Kashmir Division. Moreover, 215 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and discharged from various hospitals including 115 from Jammu Division and 100 from the Kashmir Division. According to the daily Media Bulletin on novel Coronavirus (Covid-19), out of 124373 positive cases, 823 are Active Positive, 121617 have recovered and 1933 have died; 720 in Jammu division and 1213 in Kashmir division. The Bulletin further said that out of 4502603 test results available, 4378230 samples have been tested as negative till January 19, 2021.

Organized by Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages (JKAACL), in collaboration with Radio Mirchi FM, the event witnessed the participation of acclaimed poets like Manzar Bhopali, Prof. Waseem Barelvi, Irshad Kamil, Ana Dehlavi, Prof. Raza Abbas Nayyar, Khushboo Sharma and Kunwar Javed, who were the guest poets for the evening, received huge rounds of applause from the jam-packed audience for their enthralling recitation of Urdu poetry.
