Metito Awarded Jubail-II SWRO 400,000m3/d Seawater Desalination Plant Project in Saudi Arabia by SEPCO III The project for the design, engineering and procurement of the new 400,000m3/day Jubail II seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO) plant by SEPCO Electric Power Construction Corporation (SEPCO III) has been awarded to Metito, a global leader and provider of choice for total intelligent water management and alternative energy solutions. The Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC) will commission this state-of-the-art SWRO project worth US$132M (SAR495M). The Jubail II SWRO plant is a 24 months project and a commissioning date set for February 2022. The plant will serve Jubail city in the Eastern province of KSA, home to the largest industrial city in the world.
