ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - On Wednesday, most of the Dougherty County Judicial Building will open back up for staff to head back to work.
County officials said the first-floor lobby and the third floor will remain closed.
Officials said the following about the reopening:
Everyone will enter the building through the east entrance on the Dougherty County Sheriff’s Office side of the building.
Staff in the District Attorney’s Office, Municipal Court and Probate Court, can return to work.

ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - If you need something from the Dougherty County Judicial Building, youâll need to wait until next week, or give them a call.
The
911 communications staff and the Dougherty County Sheriffâs Office are still working there.
If you had a court appearance scheduled, the Albany Police Department said you can call Dougherty County Municipal Court to get another date.
The county hopes to have the building fixed by Monday.

ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - The Dougherty County Judicial Building will be closed until Wednesday to everyone except essential staff because of a water issue, according to county officials.
Also, there will be no court until at least Wednesday. Municipal Court will also be closed for the remainder of the week.
County officials said on Tuesday, the county facilities management team will reassess to see if it’s safe to reopen.
