Man arrested after 6 dead dogs were found on property
(WBNG) Authorities say a suspect was arrested in an investigation into dead dogs being found outside a residence in Davenport, N.Y.
The New York State Police Department says it arrested a 33-year-old man from Utica, N.Y. and charged him with six counts of the agriculture and markets law failure to provide sustenance, a class A misdemeanor, on Feb. 11.
On Dec. 10, troopers went to a residence on Pine Cliff Circle and found two dogs and four puppies following a complaint of dead dogs.
Police say an investigation revealed that the suspect left the area.
