(Shutterstock) NEW BERLIN, WI A lawsuit against the City of New Berlin has been resolved, according to a news release. In late 2019, the City of Waukesha brought a lawsuit against the City of New Berlin related to the City of New Berlin s denial of approval for the City of Waukesha to locate its booster pump station and reservoir facilities in a portion of Minooka Park. The two communities were able to reach an agreement on a settlement of that litigation, which included the movement of the booster pump station and associated reservoirs to a location within the City of Waukesha. That agreement was contingent upon approval of the movement of these facilities by the State of Wisconsin Public Service Commission.
