The City of Laredo Health Authority announced that it has imposed a quarantine on the Holding Institute on Friday.
Located in downtown Laredo, the Holding Institute is a non-profit community center which states it responds “to the needs of women, children, youth, and families: to encourage health and wellness, to empower education, to improve community, and to invite discipleship.”
