The pandemic has caused an economic crisis across the country, which has in turn affected house prices in towns and cities across England, including Northampton.
For many neighbourhoods, prices have increased, however there are a dozen areas where it is a buyer’s market and some bargains can be found.
ONS (Office for National Statistics) publishes house price figures by Middle Layer Super Output Areas (MSOAs) – small geographic areas containing an average of 7,200 people.
