RGV Border Patrol agents, with assistance from the Starr County Sheriff’s Office, apprehended 64 migrants from a human smuggling stash house located in Rio Grande City, Texas. The migrants are citizens of Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and El Salvador. All of the noncitizens were taken into Border Patrol custody.

Monday morning, RGV Border Patrol agents, with assistance from the Starr County Sheriff’s Office, apprehended 64 migrants from a human smuggling stash house located in Rio Grande City. The illegal aliens are citizens of Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and El Salvador. All of the noncitizens were taken into Border Patrol custody.
Monday evening, agents assigned to the Weslaco Border Patrol Station responded to a call for assistance from the Donna Police Department with a possible human smuggling stash house in Donna. Upon arrival at the residence, agents encountered 53 illegal aliens. The criminals were from Mexico and Central America. No principal or caretaker was identified at the location. Rio Grande Valley Sector Border Patrol agents found 52 migrants in stash houses during a seven-hour period last week.
Rio Grande City Border Patrol Station agents working the border near Garciasville, Texas, on April 28 detected migrant tracks indicating a group illegally crossed the border from Mexico, according to information provided by Border Patrol officials. The agents began following the tracks north from the river.
