She said training both senior and junior staff would motivate them to give of their best. Speaking to staff of the Assin North Assembly as part of her working visit to the district, she said it was important for directors and senior level staff to make conscious efforts to ensure the junior staff at the various assemblies were trained and retrained to promote the work at the assemblies. She also called on the assemblies to institute motivational schemes to encourage the workers to do their best.
