Gardiner Co-op to announce downtown location
The organizers of Gardiner Co-op & Cafe, a venture that s been in the works for more than three years, say an angel investor bought a building for the group and will let it lease space.

In the wake of the contentious 2020 election, hundreds of bills aimed at overhauling the voting process are making their way through state legislatures across the country.
Known as voter access laws, these bills cover a range of voting rules, from what IDs are required to when you’re allowed to vote. Depending on whom you ask, they amount to either thinly veiled “voter suppression” or a step forward for “election integrity.” On both sides of the aisle, faith leaders are part of the fight.

American Armory Museum offers taste of military history
SUISUN VALLEY Guests at the American Armory Museum’s Military Vehicle Demonstration Day and Car Show got a peek Saturday at new and future exhibits as well as a crushing display of power.
Still under construction is a tunnel where guests will enter and view items that include an Arabic policeman’s vest and a scene from the 2019 death of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.
