The experience may have encouraged the opinion that we are very capable of doing everything in life on our own. We have taken responsibility for our own health: distancing, masking, and sanitizing. We have found ways to entertain ourselves without being in contact with others. We may even have learned how to shop without actually going to a shop, and just having things delivered to our door. In all this, we may have felt that things were working out just fine.

ALEXANDRIA, Minn. - Patricia Nitz, 81, Evansville, Minn., died Thursday, Jan. 7, in Alomere Hospital.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m., with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, July 15, at Glende-Nilson Funeral Home in Evansville. Visitation will continue from 10-11 a.m., followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m., Friday, July 16, at Faith Lutheran Church in Evansville. Burial will be in Mound Grove Cemetery.

Nikki Emerson said there were âonly positive vibesâ at the festival, which featured 10 musical acts who played at two locations, outside the former Hope Lutheran Church and outside the hotel.

âI think it went amazing,â said Emerson last week.
The event sold out, with ticket sales limited to 150 due to the Alberta government gathering restrictions in place at the time of the event.
âAll the bands were nervous to play because itâs been over a yearâ since theyâve performed, said Emerson, adding âeveryone played famously.â
