Heineken has launched a new global campaign, ‘We ll Meet Again’, which celebrates people’s resilience and creativity over the last year and looks at how people have found inventive ways to keep the spirit of ‘going out’ alive from the safety of their own homes. We ll Meet Again , which is available on YouTube, launches exactly one year on from the release of Heineken’s first #SocialiseResponsibly campaign, Ode to Close , which was the first in a series of creatives that showed support for consumers during the global pandemic.
The creative showcases different ways people have made the mundane, everyday moments of lockdown something unexpected and fun in relatable ways from dressing to impress when taking the garbage out, through to turning a dog walk into a dance party for one.

World class artists will bring joy and music to the residents of Kilkenny hospital settings and residential care homes next week as part of Mobile Music Machine’s ‘Covid Care Concerts’ series.

Queen Elizabeth II has thanked healthcare workers on the front line of the fight against the coronavirus and told the British people they would overcome the outbreak if they stayed resolute in the face of lockdown and self-isolation.
In only the fifth televised address of her 68-year reign, Elizabeth on Sunday called on UK citizens to show the resolve of their forbears.
“Together, we are tackling this disease, and I want to reassure you that if we remain united and resolute, then we will overcome it,” the 93-year-old monarch said in the address from her Windsor Castle home where she is staying with her husband Prince Philip, 98.

Three sites on Dover s iconic White Cliffs are being considered for a memorial to the Forces Sweetheart Dame Vera Lynn, who died last year.
Dame Vera s daughter has visited the cliffs overlooking the English Channel as plans for the £1.5m memorial to her mother gather pace.
Fundraising is due to begin in June, on the anniversary of Dame Vera s death.
Dover MP Natalie Elphicke said a performing arts centre was also being considered as part of the plan.
