The family of a young man shot to death in Birmingham over the weekend said they won’t stop until they get justice in the slaying of their loved one.
Tyrius Williams, a 24-year-old first time father-to-be, went to Elyton Village Friday night to visit a childhood friend. Instead, he was shot multiple times in the alley and pronounced dead on the scene.
His mother, Angelique Williams, said the family is heartsick over his killing. “He was my shadow,’ she said. “If he was rocking, I was rolling.”
