He added: He must prepare himself for that.
Judge Katharine Moore adjourned the case for reports and asked for an assessment of the danger he poses as to the risk of him behaving in this way again.
She said: This is a serious case. I will need a report before I sentence .
Judge Moore adjourned sentencing until February, next year, to a date to be fixed.
During the trial, the jury of six men and six women heard that Phillips, who was known at T , was annoyed when Mr Mooney caused a disturbance outside a flat on Marshall Road, Mile Cross, when he was inside the flat carrying drugs.

The crew of a fishing boat had to board a life raft after they were hit by the nightmare scenario of being lost at sea and taking on water.
RNLI Cromer’s all-weather Tamar class lifeboat was launched at 12.14pm on Tuesday, December 15, after reports of the boat in trouble.
On arrival at the scene, the lifeboat found all seven of the fishing boat s crew had evacuated their vessel and got into a life raft.
Three of the casualties were airlifted to Hull by rescue helicopter while the remaining four crew members were transferred into the lifeboat and brought back to shore where they were treated by paramedics before being transferred to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.

An air ambulance was called to deal with a medical emergency at a doctor s surgery.
East Anglian Air Ambulance s Norwich-based helicopter Anglia One was dispatched to Wymondham at 1.21pm on Tuesday (December 15).
A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service confirmed its medical teams had responded to reports of a teenage boy suffering a medical emergency at Wymondham Medical Centre.
An ambulance, community first responder and an ambulance officer vehicle were sent to the practice, on Postmill Close.
The patient was transported to Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital by road ambulance.

A cyclist was taken to hospital with serious head injuries after falling from his bike in a Norwich road.
At 10.48am on Tuesday, police were called to Magpie Road following reports a man had fallen from his bicycle.
The cyclist, a man aged in his late 40s, was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with serious head injuries following the incident.
Norfolk Constabulary has appealed for anybody who may have witnessed the incident to come forward with any information or dashcam footage.
The man was white, wearing a green fleece and riding a grey bicycle.
