A WOMAN who was mowed down by an elderly woman at a farm shop in Holt Heath says her life had been completely devastated . Dawn Walters, 50, was with a friend at Broomfields Farm Shop, when she was struck by the reversing vehicle. Ms Walters was paralysed by the incident on August 31, 2020 and is now urging older drivers to evaluate whether they can still safely operate a car.
