AN aggressive pest whose dog bit and scarred a schoolgirl has been banned from a Worcestershire town centre for his bad behaviour. Gary Booth, pictured here, has been made subject to a criminal behaviour order for five years. We have previously reported how he was arrested and handcuffed outside Worcester Magistrates Court, harrassed his ex and could not control his dog which injured a girl in a bloody attack. By the terms of the order, made this month, the 21-year-old is prohibited from: entering Evesham Town Centre as defined in a map provided to him; behaving in an aggressive, threatening or intimidating manner; associating in any public place with a number of named individuals; driving any vehicle that is not registered to him or does not have him as a named driver on the insurance; contacting directly or indirectly a named individual.
