SEREMBAN: Police today recorded statements from celebrity Neelofa Mohd Noor and her husband Haris Ismail at the Nilai police headquarters near here.
This is following a viral video of the couple allegedly violating standard operating procedures (SOP) of the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO).
Negeri Sembilan police deputy chief SAC Datuk Che Zakaria Othman said police had also taken statements from the owner and employee of a carpet shop at Nilai 3 Business Centre which was believed to have been visited by the artiste on Sunday.

Here are the guidelines provided by the authorities;
Takbir Hari Raya
Only Muslims living in Movement Control Order (MCO), Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) and Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO) will be allowed to attend communal Hari Raya Aidilfitri ‘takbir’ sessions at mosques and suraus.
Worshipers however would need to abide by SOPs provided by their respective state religious authorities.
Takbir sessions are not allowed in Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO) areas.
Home-to-home takbir sessions will not be allowed in all areas, nationwide.

SEREMBAN: Celebrity Noor Neelofa Mohd Noor and her husband Haris Ismail will be called up to the Nilai district headquarters soon regarding the viral videos on social media of them allegedly violating the standard operating procedures (SOP) of the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO).
Nilai district police chief Supt Mohd Fazley Ab Rahman said the police had conducted an investigation into the circulation of videos of the artist believed to be shopping for carpets at the Nilai 3 Business Centre near here, yesterday.
GEORGE TOWN: A total of four entertainment centre owners and 45 patrons were fined a total of RM325,000 for violating the Conditional Movement Control.

Kota Kinabalu: This year’s Pesta Kaamatan (Harvest Festival) in Sabah will be held entirely online starting Thursday, devoid of all revelries traditionally associated with the festival.
Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Seri Dr Jeffrey Kitingan
(pic) said the decision was made to prevent the emergence of new Covid-19 clusters, which would put to waste efforts taken to combat the pandemic so far.
“The Sabah Government has also decided that except for the launching of the Kaamatan month this Saturday which will be done symbolically at Hongkod Koisaan (KDCA), there will be no Harvest Festival to be celebrated at district level,” he said in a statement, Thursday.
