Google is doing what they can do help Black and Latino business owners in the city.
On Monday, the tech giant announced that it will begin offering free online training, tools and expertise to Black and Latino-owned small businesses this month.
According to reports, the free training is part of Google s community outreach program, Google s Digital Coaches.
Google says it s first free workshop is titled Connect with Customers and Manage Your Business Remotely and is scheduled for December 22 via video conference.

Google to coach Black, Latinx small businesses in New Orleans
Google has launched a program to train Black and Latinx small businesses in New Orleans in digital skills.
The Grow with Google with Google initiative provides free training through workshops and coaching sessions focused on techniques and tools to reach new customers and succeed online. As part of Google’s commitment to racial equity, the program has expanded to eight new cities, bringing the total up to 20 coaches.
Krystal Hardy Allen, founder and CEO of New Orleans-based K. Allen Consulting, will serve as the Grow with Google Digital Coach for the city.
