Crist revealed on the podcast, that his computer show unfortunately had to shut down and that he was not paid by Impact Wrestling during the time he was off TV. “My computer shop Nerd Reserve, we ended up having to close that,” Crist revealed. “Big shout-out to Nerd Reserve. Pandemic’s been hard. I’ve lost pretty much everything. It’s all good though. [Hausman asks if he was getting paid by Impact] No, just not getting paid. To be honest, if I was getting paid I’m scared to death of this pandemic just like everybody else is.

He helped create Beats by Dre and eventually what became Apple Music on iTunes. Through the music business, I became a touring festival DJ. I did a lot of raves and EDM festivals. Wrestling was always a deep passion of mine even in that stuff.

Before that, Moriarty discussed finding himself and his character. “It’s cool because I’m not just finding myself in wrestling. I’m finding myself in my personal life and who I am, and I think they kind of go back and forth on each other and help me develop both of them,” Moriarty said. “Even during the pandemic, the first shut down when I wasn’t wrestling for months, unless you were signed, I kind of just played around with that aesthetic.
