Doctors at Xanh Pon Hospital in Hanoi will be able to consult experts from Korea University Anam Hospital in South Korea as per a memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed on Tuesday.
The MoU signing ceremony was attended by representatives from both the Embassy of Vietnam in South Korea and the South Korean Embassy in Vietnam.
Pursuant to the MoU, the two hospitals, along with V-Health Social Enterprise for Health Co. Ltd., will participate in a program allowing patients from Xanh Pon Hospital to access medical consultation services, examinations, and treatment options offered by Korea University Anam Hospital.

Hanoi (VNA) - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on
December 21 asked vaccine research units to take strong measures, and suitable
and creative methods to speed up vaccine trials in the country.
Chairing a meeting of permanent Cabinet members, the PM asked relevant
agencies to create maximum conditions for domestic units to conduct vaccine research.
He assigned the Ministry of Health to coordinate with the Ministry of Science
and Technology and authorized agencies in determining the vaccine production
capacity of domestic enterprises to take appropriate and timely support

Hanoi (VNA) - The first three volunteers
receiving
anti-COVID-19 vaccine - are in good
health conditions 72 hours after injection, with all indications proving
that the vaccine is safe for human, according to the Ministry of Health and
Military Medical Academy.

Fine of US$861.8 imposed on two women for posting falsified Covid-19 test result
Two women in the Central City of Da Nang were fined VND20 million (US$861.8) for spreading falsified Covid-19 test result on social media causing public worry.
Lieutenant colonel Phung Van Hung from the Lien Chieu police agency said that the police decided to issue administrative fines on one woman in Thanh Khe District and one woman in Son Tra District for spreading and posting incorrect Covid-19 test results, triggering public outrage.

(VNA) – A 40-year-old Turkish woman became Vietnam’s only new COVID-19 case over
the last 24 hours, according to the National Steering Committee for COVID-19
Prevention and Control.
The
national tally of COVID-19 to 1,411, the committee
reported.
The
new patient arrived at Hanoi’s Noi Bai International Airport from Turkey on
December 17 and was immediately put into quarantine in the capital city.
She
tested positive for the novel coronavirus and sent to the National
