LOS ANGELES, April 1, 2021 /PRNewswire/ The recently launched SDS Supportive Housing Fund
(SHF or Fund) a first-of-its-kind private-equity impact fund that finances new, financially-sustainable permanent supportive housing (PSH) for individuals experiencing homelessness – today announced it has closed $10.3 million in funding to develop new housing in South Los Angeles. Soon to be transformed into 60 one-bedroom units, the project site at 8450 S. Broadway is currently a shuttered preschool owned by the Heavenly Vision Missionary Baptist Church.

The Tim Tebow Foundation in partnership with the American Residential Services (ARS) will be hosting the annual Night to Shine event for the fifth year in a row.

Susana Ibarra is a mom of two, a wife and a business woman. She migrated here from Mexico City and now lives in Loveland, where her catering business is suffering greatly due to the virus.
Ibarra is also volunteering as a test subject for what could be the nation s third COVID-19 vaccine right here in the Tri-State.
