Four people were arrested by the Taguig police in three separate buy-bust operations in the city Saturday.
The entrapment operations yielded a total 38 grams of shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) estimated to be worth P258,400.
In Brgy. Hagonoy, the Taguig police’s Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) conducted a buy-bust operation that led to the arrest of suspect Jeremie Cruz, 38, a resident of the city.
Seized from the suspect were five pieces of plastic sachets containing 3.9 grams of shabu worth P26,520, two pieces of P100 bills used as buy-bust money and a wallet.
Brgy. Central Signal, the Taguig police conducted another buy-bust operation and seized shabu, according to Southern Police District (SPD) Director Police Big. Gen. Jimili Macaraeg.

The slain suspect was identified as Raffy Ledesma Concepcion of Brgy. Poblacion 1, Marilao, Bulacan.
Based on the police report, an entrapment operation against Concepcion was conducted by operatives of the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of Marilao at Punong Tulay, Brgy. Tabing-Ilog.
Concepcion sensed that he was transacting with a poseur-buyer and fired at the latter. Police officers returned fire, killing Concepcion.
Recovered from the suspect were a .38-caliber gun, a blue wallet containing nine sachets of suspected shabu, and the buy-bust money.

Police identified the suspect as Saddam Guialap Masukat.
The police report said Masukat was nabbed by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) at 7:00 p.m. where they seized 10 pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing 500 grams of shabu with an estimated worth of P3 million, P300,000 worth of buy-bust money, and various boxes and plastic bags.
He is now detained at the Mandaluyong City Police Station.
