Achiever Awards 2020 to five personalities in Assam
Guwahati, Apr 22 (UNI) A non-governmental organisation named Enchanted Frontiers gave away Achiever 2020 award to five personalities in Assam for their contribution in their respective fields.
In an award ceremony organised in Guwahati, the organisation handed over awards to Dr Tribeni Sharma (Social Service), Partha Dev Goswami (Journalism), Diganta Barah, IPS (Public Administration), Nishita Goswami (Art & Culture) and Jaideep Saikia (National Security).
The patrons of Enchanted Frontiers who were also the Jury Members for selecting the five awardees were H.N. Das, Former Chief Secretary of Assam, Former Vice Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal (Retd) PK Barbora, the first Lieutenant General of the North East, Lt Gen (Retd) K Himalay Singh, Celebrated Film Director, Manju Borah and Former Editor of Dainik Janambhumi and author, Hemanta Barman.
