TAX FORMS, BOOKS AVAILABLE Tax forms and instruction booklets are available at the Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County, reminds Reference Librarian John Lash, shown at the Reference Room in the Main Library. Tax information is available at all locations, including Federal 1040/1040 SR tax form booklet, Federal 1040/1040 SR Instructions booklet, and the State of Ohio Instruction booklet.

“If you’re eligible to register for the vaccine, but don’t have a computer or the Internet, visit the library for free access,” explained Jennifer Cesta, the library system’s public relations coordinator.
