Having a hard time finding a parking spot to run in and grab a to-go order in downtown Plymouth? A recent change to some temporary parking may have you covered.
Several parking spots originally connected to 15-minute parking for specific businesses have now been converted for use by anyone needing to run into a local business quickly.
With restaurant capacity increased to 50% earlier this spring, Downtown Development Authority Director Tony Bruscato said it became clear there was a need for the in-and-out parking to open up for more shops as more people come downtown. Couple that with the loss of some on-street parking from extended patios for restaurants and it can be tough to park if customers need to run in for a quick pickup.
