KINGSTON The Kingston Frontenac Public Library is hoping to offer Kingstonians some relief from the stresses of the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown by offering a chance to take up a new hobby, or rediscover an old one, by playing a musical instrument.
A new program is offering a six-week online ukulele course called Uke Can Do It For Adults.

According to the library, exercising creativity while doing something with your hands can also help improve focus and mental clarity, not to mention hand-eye co-ordination.
