Two track jockeys and a well-known
Western Districts jockey were handed suspensions by
Racing Victoria stewards on the weekend as the fallout from a random drug blitz continues.
Track riders
Nicole McKechnie and
Selim Aqbal were suspended for six weeks and four months respectively after pleading guilty to drug offences at an inquiry concluded at the
Warracknabeal races on Saturday.
Samuel Payne was suspended for six months after pleading guilty to the same charge,
The penalties followed a random drug blitz at Ballarat trackwork on March 15, where six riders, including Payne and another jockey, returned drug irregularities in urine samples.

Mumbai, March 8 : Shareholders of Tata Motors have approved the hiving off of its passenger vehicles business into a separate entity.
The shareholders on March 5, resolution for approving the scheme of arrangement between Tata Motors Limited (transferor company ) and TML Business Analytics Services Limited (transferee company) and their respective shareholders under Section 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013.
In a regulatory filing on Monday, Tata Motors said that over 99.96 per cent of the total votes came in support of the resolution.
