5 People Charged With Voter Fraud in Illinois: DA’s Office
Five people are being accused of various election fraud-related cases during the Nov. 3, 2020, election, according to the DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office in Illinois.
The state attorney’s office said the charges stem from investigations into 32 cases of alleged election fraud, adding that most of the cases have been closed without investigation. However, the office stressed that several remain under investigation, according to a March 9 news release.
Those who were charged include Colleen A. Kirchoff, 60, of Naperville; Thomas E. Wojciechowski, 73, of Carol Stream; and Adam P. Butler, 51, of Lisle, officials said in the release.

Wheaton man charged with being armed habitual criminal Keith M. Summers

Bail was set at $150,000 Monday for a Wheaton man charged, for at least the second time, with being an armed habitual criminal.
Keith M. Summers, 26, of the 0-100 block of Wheaton Center, was arrested March 4 and charged in connection with a Feb. 24 shooting. He appeared in DuPage County bond call Saturday, and on Monday before Judge John Kinsella.
Assistant DuPage County State s Attorney Amanda Meindl asked that Summers be held without bail, but Kinsella set bail at $150,000. Summers will need to post $15,000 to be released while his case is pending.
