Green Shield Canada is appointing Michael Bradie as its new vice-president of growth and client service.
He most recently served as Green Shield Canada’s director of strategic innovation and prior to that he was an associate at McKinsey & Co. Bradie also previously worked at Green Shield Canada, as supervisor of corporate analytics from 2013 to 2015 and as a technical and research analyst between 2010 and 2013.
In other news, Green Shield Holdings Inc. is acquiring Computer Workware Inc., a Canadian developer of administration software for benefits and insurance providers. The company’s current leadership team will continue to operate the business under the Computer Workware brand, with Chris Mascitelli remaining as president, according to a press release. In March, Green Shield acquired virtual mental-health platform Inkblot Technologies.
