An employee of a Green Valley adult care facility who was found partially clothed in the room of a resident with dementia last year wonât face trial this summer on a misdemeanor charge of indecent exposure.
Robert Keith Durbin, who will turn 67 in August, escaped a more serious charge in the case after the Pima County Attorneyâs Office said they âsimply did not find sufficient evidence to charge the accused person with a felony.â

In their single largest donation to date, the Arizona Rangers Madera Company will receive a $9,000 grant from Pima County to support security services at Green Valley Justice Court.
The local chapter of the Arizona Rangers â which are uniformed, armed, law enforcement auxiliary personnel â will use the money to cover its operating expenses. They also plan to donate a portion to the Sahuarita Police Departmentâs biannual âShop With A Copâ event, which provides back-to-school and Christmas gifts to local children.
