  The president of the Film Producers Association of Ghana, FIPAG, has revealed plans by the association to throw a lavish party for all TV stations if they stop showing movies of producers on their channels. Stakeholders of the Ghana Film Industry have resolved to stop the showing of feature films on television stations from Thursday, July 1, 2021. “From 1st July 2021, no film producer or filmmaker shall sell any feature film to any TV station in Ghana to air until further notice,” a notice jointly issued by the Film Producers Association of Ghana, Film Crew Association of Ghana and Marketers & Distributors Association of Ghana demanded.
