To support the clubs in Wilmington to provide educational opportunities and experiences to local youth, UScellular has announced a $30,000 investment in Brigade Boys & Girls Club.
The donation supports kindergarten through grades 12 in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) and academic enrichment programs for members at the club.

Allison Mayfield, who recently started her role of executive director for the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia, said she can’t remember when her passion for helping animals first sparked.
For all of her life, Mayfield said she has surrounded herself with furry, feathered and scaly friends. She cares for the welfare of creatures, no matter how small or frightening. The executive director said she will go out of her way to carry spiders outside.

RIEGELWOOD, N.C., January 6, 2021 /3BL Media/ – The International Paper Riegelwood Mill awarded $90,000 in International Paper Foundation grants to 32 area educational and non-profit groups in 2020, demonstrating the company’s commitment to education, hunger, health & wellness, disaster relief and initiatives that improve our planet.
