CAC2000, Gwest Corporation and Mailpac Group all gained double-digit levels during Monday’s trading of the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE).
CAC gained 19 per cent to close at $0.77, followed by Mailpac Group which also gained 19 per cent. Mailpac hit a new high during the day above $3.10 before closing at $2.91. Meanwhile, Gwest gained 15 per cent to close at $0.77.
Leading the declines on the day were SSL Ventures down 17 per cent to $0.48 and Fosrich down 16.7 per cent to $3.45.
The JSE Combined Index declined by 2,145.64 points (0.55 per cent) to close at 386,191.43; the JSE Index declined by 2,802.34 points (0.71 %) to close at 389,432.91 and the JSE All Jamaican Composite Index declined by 3,170.34 points (0.74 per cent) to close at 426,725.56.
