STAFFORD COUNTY, VA A man charged with peeping into the women s locker room at OneLife Fitness in Stafford now faces 19 charges, according to authorities.
Brian Joe, 41, of Woodbridge was arrested in January after witnesses said he fell through the ceiling into the women s locker room at the gym Jan. 30 and landed on a woman below. Initially, officials said Joe was charged with burglary and three counts of peeping into a building.
Police say a domestic dispute ended in a deadly triple shooting and fire in Southeast D.C. Monday night. On Friday, the suspect was arrested and charged with two counts of murder.
The Metropolitan Police Department announced early Friday that 32-year-old Keanan Christopher Turner of Forestville, Maryland, had been named as a suspect in the crimes, and an arrest warrant was issued by the D.C. Superior Court.
Members of the Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force, the United States Marshals Special Operations Group and the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Turner later that day.
On Saturday, D.C. Police said Turner was charged with two counts of first-degree murder while armed (premeditated) and assault with intent to kill while armed.

STAFFORD Co., Va. (WWBT) - The Stafford County Sheriffâs Office said a man is charged with shooting in a public place while intoxicated.
The sheriffâs office was called on Saturday around 10:42 p.m. after a witness reported hearing a gunshot and a person run.
The witness continued to watch the man and pointed him out when the deputy arrived.
The deputy saw the man kneeling on the sidewalk and fumbling with items. the deputy approached, the subject abruptly got up and began stumbling away. He still had something in his hands, but left his earbuds on the sidewalk,â a release said.
Darrell English running to replace Snellings on Stafford Board of Supervisors English
Darrell English will run for a seat on the Stafford County Board of Supervisors.
A conservative, and a veteran of the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office who continues to work there part-time, aims to replace the retiring Gary Snellings, who represents the Hartwood District.
English, 58, is currently appointed to serve on the Stafford County Planning Commission. In 2015, English ran for Stafford County Clerk of Court.
In addition to the Sheriff’s office, English has been a decades-long volunteer with the Stafford County Rescue Squad. As well as a member of Mount Ararat Baptist Church for over 10 years.
