Bandai Namco Entertainment America is shutting down its office in Santa Clara and relocating workers to a new office in Southern California.
As reported by VentureBeat, the company said the switch is designed to improve collaboration between its digital and physical goods departments, but has only given employees until the end of May to decide whether to relocate. Bandai Namco Entertainment America will be moving its Santa Clara, California-based offices to Southern California, said the Japanese publisher in a statement. This decision has been made to enable different group companies within the Bandai Namco group to integrate and open new opportunities for cross-collaboration across its entire portfolio in both the digital and physical goods sectors.

Employees are being asked to decide whether to move or leave the company.
Bandai Namco Entertainment America will close its office in Santa Clara in Northern California, VentureBeat reports. The North American headquarters of the Japanese game company will open up a new office in Southern California, closer to the offices of parent company Bandai Namco Holdings USA in El Segundo and Anaheim.
Employees at the company have until the end of May to decide whether they want to move south or leave the company, with the transition expected to be complete by April 2022. Employees have the option of flexible or remote work until then, but come April everyone working at the company will have to be present in Southern California. According to sources cited by VentureBeat, employees have been told that full time remote work is not an option.

The company added Yoruichi from
Bleach to all versions of the game on February 2. The company added Meruem and Hiei to the Switch version on February 2. The two characters launched for the other versions last October.
Jump Force Deluxe Edition, the
Nintendo Switch version of the game, launchedin August 2020. The Switch version allows for local co-op with two consoles connected, and offline battles that allow for up to six people to play with one console. The Switch version includes all nine characters from the game s first Character Pass, and the game s second Character Pass is also available separately.

Pac-Man 99 on
Nintendo Switch Online members on Wednesday. The company began streaming an announcement trailer:
Arika is developing the game, in which 99 players compete to be the last one standing in a new version of the
Pac-Man game. Players can send Jammer Pac-Man to opponents by eating Power Pellets and ghosts.
There will be paid DLC at launch that includes an offline CPU battle mode, private matches, score challenges, time-attack challenges, and 20 alternate skins of other
