SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - Many people are scrambling to find cold weather supplies.
People have been checking multiple stores for supplies such as space heaters, ice scrapers, snow shovels, and firewood. KSLA’s Tayler Davis spoke with the owner of Tubbs Hardware, who says they’ve been cleaned out.

Itâs January, meaning wide swaths of the country are enjoying apocalyptic quantities of ice and snow falling from the sky. This, of course, covers our vehicles with the same enthusiasm with which your author covers his french fries in gravy.
This doesnât apply to those of you who are in possession of a suburban attached garage or underground condo parking spot. Lucky sods. As for the rest of us, we will continue to mutter expletives as we remove layers of winterâs worst from the windows of our car.
